2012 WPF WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
POWERLIFTING, BENCH PRESS & DEAD LIFT

Dear Friends of the WPF Powerlifting fraternity,

The 13th WPF Congress has sought undertakings from Fred Anneese, President of Powerlifting Holland in hosting the 2012 World Championships.
We have not made the hosting of the 2012 World Championships a political issue.

However. it is now clear that, they have endorsed the banning of three Nations participation, namely Iceland, USA and Great Britain;  and threatened other Nations that if they don’t toe that line, they will be treated the  same.

It is for the above reasons alone, banning and threatening; that the WPF can no longer endorse Powerlifting Holland's warrant to host the 2012 World Championships.

Therefore, the WPF is now obliged to invite ALL Nations to make bids to host the 2012 World Championships in the month of November 2012 to:

Courtney Stanley, Secretary WPF ( uspfsec@gmail.com) by NO later than 31st December 2011.

Rest assured,  the WPF Elected Officers will do all it can to support the host Nation in running the official 2012 WPF World Championships.
